We read The Gingerbread Man, and 5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed. We used Baby Signs today. We used the signs for "eat, water, drink, milk, cracker, more, baby, cat, dog, horse, and fish". I am happy to be remembering to incorporate it into our day. We had lots of fun and experimentation with the ramps, cars and balls.

Yesterday and today, I played this youtube video of Beethoven's Ode to Joy. The kids absolutely loved it, and started dancing before it was over, conducted the music and applauded at the end! It was really great.

Welcome back! It's so great to see everyone again :-)

Today is Daniel's first anniversary here! And on December 5th, it will be Brendan's 2nd anniversary! I am lucky and grateful to have such wonderful families in my life.

We will have a new friend named Logan starting next Monday, he will attend every day. His kindergarten sister, Alana, will join us after school beginning the following week. I am excited that they will be coming and I know the kids will have fun with their new friends!

 Today we did some collaging with stickers. We acted out the 3 Billy Goats Gruff with the wooden set from Etsy. and did some storytelling with the Lakeshore set.  We read "Chasing Shadows" and be-bopped to some '50's music.
