Tuesdays will be Teddy Bear Picnic Days. We will eat lunch on the porch- rain or shine.
The children may bring a teddy bear (or other stuffed toy/doll of their choosing).
Today we read "Clara Caterpillar" about a cabbage butterfly and how she can camouflage herself; and "I Ain't Gonna Paint No More" which is illustrated by the author of the "David" books. The boy paints his walls, floor, door etc. His mom takes his paint away but he gets some again and repeats how he ain't going to paint no more "as" he is painting his whole body! The kids loved it and made me read it "again!"
The weather was so beautiful today! I hope this more comfortable weather stays for a while!
