The Weight of the Nation

Hi,
I have to get back to posting here on the blog.

This weekend while I was sick and watching tv, I came across this HBO Documentary
I highly recommend viewing it when you can.

It is very well done, very current and can be viewed in segments when you have the time.
It expands upon nutrition, physical activity, advertising, government and farming.
I found it to be both enlightening and alarming- and very educational.
I think it contains information we need to know.

It is called The Weight of the Nation

My moveable alphabet set is the lower case letters. I have just written out upper case as needed. Today Phaedra offered  to make up some more for us

Addison wanted to spell out "I love you" I was going to have her copy mine but then remembered that Phaedra knows how to spell these words, so Phaedra spelled it out for Addison. I think both children gain by learning from each other
