Today the kids in engaged in pouring activities and water with funnels and scoops was in the sensory table.
We walked up and down Oak Street for outside time, the yard was too wet and muddy and I need to use the stroller out there. The sun was out but there was a slight drizzle.

Today the children played in the sand table. We read the head lice book- by request lol- and also another of her books about cavities, and Sister Snowflakes.  We sang alot of songs today- we sing many songs everyday but they were more into it today :-)

Tuesday- A Fish named Blue

Brian got us a Betta fish last aka a Siamese Fighting Fish. Brian named him Blue.  I've always loved the flowing fins on this kind of fish.  We had an aquarium for a long time but it got to be too much for me- especially when Dave lost interest :-)  He was great at keeping the water right. So we've down-scaled :-)

The kids played at the sand table for most of the morning, interspersed with puzzles, having 5 books read to them (they really like the one about germs), puppets and dolls.

Monday- Everybody's back!

Everyone was very happy to see each other today! It is nice that everyone is here :-)
We got outside today and were out for almost an hour, we would have stayed longer but it was lunch time.
It was great to be out in the fresh air, and the kids loved the fresh snow- especially for eating!
