S~ Apples and saltines
L~ Spiral Glazed Ham, rice, broccoli/carrots/snap peas/water chestnuts (the lunch ladies at school don't serve water chestnuts, I was told in disappointment) bread and butter, milk

I thought it was going to be a Wizard of Oz filled day but that quickly waned and they got very involved in decorating egg shaped paper. We read some Easter books and got outside for an hour- it was the nicest weather in quite a while! :-)
