Monday Tikki tikki tembo-no sa rembo-chari bari ruchi -pip peri pembo

B~ Cheerios, fresh pears, milk
S~ Strawberry yogurt, kiwi, filtered water
L~ Ham and cheese, buttered wheat bread, corn on the cob, green peas,  milk
S~ Apple slices, graham crackers, filtered water

We've been reading Tikki Tikki Tembo and the kids have enjoyed repeating the name, as well as "step over step, step over step into the well he went" and "he pumped the water out of him, and pushed the air into him, pumped the water out of him and pushed the air into him".

So you may hear these phrases :-)

This weekend I set up a mud kitchen for the kids too~ it is for sand as well. I think it will be more user-friendly than the plastic kitchen-- and they love it!

The mud kitchen

Making paper towel "earths" for Earth Day

We talked about littering and how the Earth looks blue and green from space

Addison with our new bottle of bubbles, Lelia and Brendan at the new kitchen

Charli and Lelia with bubbles- it was really windy and hard to capture them in a photo

I moved the mud kitchen into the sand

Brendan noticed the leaves getting larger on the bush

The kitchens in the sand set up- for now, we're always evolving :-)
