B~ Cheerios, strawberries
S~ bananas, shredded wheat cereal
L~Deli ham and cheese, buttered multi-grain bread, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
S~Apples and flip-side pretzel crackers
  Filtered water with snacks, milk with meals
