Today we told the story of the Wizard of Oz with new dolls I found at Savers. We now have Dorothy, Scarecrow and Lion. We fill in the other characters with our other dolls and puppets.
We read Brown Bear, Brown Bear, and Baby Animals today.
The weather was beautiful! We have new mulch in the play yard. It is very dark and it's staining their feet a bit if they go barefoot! On the bright side, it is nice and soft and will cushion their falls.

| After the Wizard of Oz. We built the Emerald City from green magnatiles, and the Yellow Brick Road from unit blocks. The kids had sat on the chairs to listen to the story and I told the whole thing- paraphrased but with singing :-) |
